I take an integrative, deeply personalised approach to therapy, with a particular interest in Internal Family Systems (IFS). Rooted in warmth, curiosity, and genuine care, my work creates a space where you feel truly seen and understood. I currently offer virtual sessions on weekday evenings (from 5 PM) and Saturdays, with in-person options coming soon.

I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand and heal the different parts of yourself—your protectors, your wounded parts, and the ones that keep you stuck—so you can move forward with self-compassion.

I use Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to equip you with skills to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and build resilience through emotional regulation and mindfulness.

Carrying the weight of past trauma?

I take a trauma-informed approach, creating a safe and validating space where you can process past wounds, reclaim your sense of self, and heal at your own pace.

Do negative thoughts hold you back?

I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you recognise and challenge negative thought patterns, giving you practical tools to reframe your mindset and create lasting change.

I use Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support you in breaking free from avoidance and fear, helping you take meaningful action toward a life that reflects your values and aspirations.

If you’re ready, schedule a free 15 minute consultation.

  • Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you have. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll go at your pace.

  • Sessions are 50 minutes long. Most clients start with fortnightly sessions, but we will adjust and re-evaluate based on your needs and goals.

  • Please reach out for my current rates. I do not currently offer Medicare rebates but can provide invoices for private health claims if applicable.

  • Currently, I offer virtual sessions on weekday evenings and Saturdays, with plans to introduce in-person sessions soon. Online therapy allows flexibility while still providing a supportive and effective space for growth.
